Students will have up to 3 homework assignments from my classes a week, MAX. Most of the time, this may be work leftover from class time or reading assignments. If it is a different assignment, I will grade most of it for completion Students can find their homework assignments here.
I expect my students to be on time, prepared, and behaved appropriately. Most of my classroom expectations, you can find on my Acceptable Use Policy page.
The grading system I use for both classes is to the right. This is the grading scale adapted by the district.
There is a three-strike system placed in my classroom. One strike is a warning, two strikes is a referral, and the third is a visit to the office and parent communication. Find more information on my Acceptable Use Policy page.

Both my social studies and English Language Arts classes will be structured similarly. Each unit will include 4 quizzes and one unit exam towards the end.
