Our world is becoming more and more accepting of broader and more diverse identities, I choose to be apart of this change. Whether you are a part of this community or not, it is important to educate yourself on the biases we may inhabit. Inclusiveness is the first step for being apart of this world. The issues that are occurring within the LGBTQ+ community is lack of awareness, violence against members of this community, conversion therapy, and employment and housing discrimination to name a few.
