What is a Slicer
A slicer is an intermediary between a 3D printer and CAD software. A slicer converts a 3D model into a file format that can be read by a 3D printer(g-code). Slicer's main features are its ability to generate support material, infill patterns, and rafts; to print multiple objects at once; and to export files in the STL, OBJ, and AMF formats. It also has a wide range of settings that can be customized to fit the user's needs.
Slicer Softwares
