K-5: Watch the read aloud of the book I Am Peace and complete a daily check-in log. Try to practice a different skill every day-when you need a brain break or when you feel yourself slipping from the green zone.

Complete a learning style inventory that works best for you. After you decide how you learn best, reflect on how your personal learning style has helped you and how you can use it to teach others..
For example: I (Ms. Hult) am a kinesthic learner, so I like it when someone explains something to me, then lets me get up and move around to practice. I can use this skill to teach others a skill by doing something hands-on, using role play or practicing it in groups.
