This group focuses on understanding the root of anger and developing coping skills to manage emotions and behavior. Students learn to uncover their anger, identify triggers, evaluate their thoughts, and control impulses.

This group is designed to promote emotional intelligence. Sessions focus on self-awareness (understanding basic and complex emotions), effective coping strategies, empathy, and managing social relationships (communication, active listening, and conflict resolution).
