設置沿革 Our History

依據縣府教學字第0970191375號函設置彰化縣英語村97年12月12日起由縣長卓伯源親自揭牌正式運作

Minsheng English Village opened on December 12th, 2008 at Minsheng Elementary School.

目標 Our Goal

為了創造學習的優勢，我們運用了校內的閒置空間，以台灣高鐵與彰化文化特色為主軸，設置虛擬的情境設施，並設計多元且生活化的學習內容，塑建全英語的實境體驗，希冀激發學生學習的動機與興趣，增進英語口說的能力與未來競爭力，期待「民生英語村」領航孩子與世界接軌。

Minsheng English Village utilizes an extra space in our school to build an English Village that is based on the Taiwanese High Speed Railway (HSR). This setting includes various aspects of travelling with HSR such as Information Center, Ticket Counter, etc. This setting can encourage the students to speak and listen which will equip the students with higher abilities in the global competitive markets today.
