Registration to attend is open to all; D.Phil's, Undergrad's, PI's & PostDoc's all welcome!
Registration takes less than 30 seconds to complete, and is a no strings, no obligation document.
(Mandatory to receive the zoom link to join in the fun!)
Audience participation is key throughout, with up to 3 minutes of questions, feedback forms and voting, with the power to choose your finalists & winners!
A cash prize will be up for grabs for the best student question throughout the series, and will be awarded during the grand finale! Could it be yours?!
Zoom links to each meeting will be emailed closer to the event. Please contact faseeha.ayaz@ccc.ox.ac.uk if you have not received this link by 10:00 AM on the day of the event.
House Rules
1.Please join five minutes prior to start time, to ensure a smooth and prompt start.
2.Please keep your camera turned off at all times to improve presenters connection.
3.In the interest of feedback (the unwanted kind!), we request all audience members join without their microphone & keep their microphones muted throughout, with the exception of asking questions.
4.If asking a question, please submit to the chat and wait for the chair to invite you to speak.
5. Please make a note of any questions you have for the judges and only upload these to the chat function after the final student presenter has finished. This will enable the chair to clearly identify students that wish to ask questions to the judges. In the interest of time, there will be a shared time where you may ask a question to any of the judge(s). You will not be able to ask questions directly after the initial judge’s presentation.
6. Please complete and submit the google doc. feedback form per participant ASAP following presentation. All four voting forms must be submitted before voting closes (approx. 15:50, chair will confirm on the day)
(Participants will receive detailed feedback up to 48hrs after event ).
