Your CAS portfolio check-ins are designed to ensure you're on track to meet the program requirements. While the focus is always on quality, meaningful reflections over a specific number, these approximate targets will help you pace your progress throughout the year.

The general expectation is to have an experience for these categories on a weekly basis, with reflections being written weekly or biweekly. Aim for a total of 4-6 reflections per quarter for both Creativity and Activity combined. The goal is to show a balance between both categories by the final check-in.

Option 2: Event-Based Service (e.g., three separate events)
You should have a reflection for each event you complete.
By 1/16/26: Aim for 1–2 reflections (two paragraphs each).
By 6/5/26: You should have completed your three service reflections total.
