Spelling

Our weekly spelling lists are based on the phonics skills and spelling patterns we are learning in class. Your child should spend time each night practicing reading and writing their spelling words for the test on Friday. There is a weekly Spelling homework packet with practice activities for Monday through Thursday. If you have any questions about the various practice activities, feel free to send me an email. The spelling lists for the entire year are posted below, just in case your child loses his or her list or is absent when the list is handed out on Monday.
