No, Digital Health and Welfare does not refer to the well-being of our devices; however, it does reference online users' need to maintain healthy habits and relationships when using technology and interacting with others online. When incorporating technology and digital tools/resources in the classroom, student mental health and well-being will be considered. Students will learn to take appropriate breaks, maintain appropriate posture, and what to do if encountering shocking or distressing online content.
While the school will take all necessary measures to maintain the safest possible online space while at school, students must be prepared to seek help because it is difficult to completely sensor the online space, which is infinitely vast.
