Do I have to attach a copy of my confirmation page?
Yes, it would be helpful. If you don't have a printer please email the confirmation page to your College & Career Tech. Example is in Step 2

I am not going to Ohlone College why should I fill out this permission form?
A Dual Enrollment class is a selected course that is UC/CSU transferable which means this course will be tranferred to the UC/CSU of your choice. If you go to Ohlone after high school it will still count towards your degree saving you time and money to focus on your goals.
