If you are currently taking any Dual Enrollment classes (mvrop course, Dual Enrollment, Early College) and got processed you should be able to retrieve your Ohlone Account once your received your Welcome Email with your Ohlone ID# if you need assistance logging in feel free to come to the career center to see Ms. Alyssa to get your Ohlone ID Number.
Know the difference between CCCapply and Myohlone - They're different portals
Once you login to Myohlone follow the steps below
You will use your username and password to login not your whole student email.
Your Myohlone portal should open like this.
Now that your in your portal, please click on Academics. You'll see a drop down menu with Unoffical and Offical Transcript. Please click on Unofficial in red. Proceed to the next step
Next, you'll click on the "Unofficial Transcript" to download to your device. Double check your courses.
*Note* All Ohlone courses are on a semester basis. All non-music classes will only show up for one semester. oppose to two semester like on your irvington transcipt.
