For Potato Harvest students: If you have any questions or assignments to submit, email them here: Todd.Swim@nbed.nb.ca
Save your work frequently! You should make about 8 to 10 saves per class! Only save in your U drive! It is the only safe place for your course work!
Do this your first time on the computer! Create a folder in your home drive called “Electronics” Value 5
Free Electronic Simulators google search; Best Free Electronic Circuit Simulation Software.
Assigned Work:
Use a computer and a Word Processor to answer the questions. Use the drawing tools in MSPowerpoint or MSWord or MS Paint for the drawings and them use the Snipping Tool to copy the drawing into your Word Processor. Make sure your name and the date you print your assignment are at the top of the page. The printer is now in this room, up at the front, by the other door.

Login to the New Brunswick Virtual High School (BrightSpace)
You will need to register for the Intro to Electronics 110 Carleton North course.
NB Teachers and Students (Regular school year):
Go to https://nbvlc.nbed.nb.ca, click on the blue button and login with your NBED or NBSS login information. Once logged in, your courses will appear in the My Courses widget.
If you do not see the course you want to access, your instructor may not have yet added you, but will be in contact once you are enrolled in the course.
If you are an NB student and do not see your course, please contact your school registrar or local facilitator.
Start on the Fundamentals unit. Note: You don't need to do the Ethics in Technology and Career Exploration activities in this unit.
Practice Problems don't need to be handed in!
Assignments and Labs need to be printed off and handed in!
When formatting answers in BrightSpace, here is the format for including a number, metric prefix and an electronic unit in order to ensure a correct response:
(948000 Kohms) or (948000 K ohms) either should work
