There can be a lot of tech issues with our Connexus curriculum. Please send a webmail to me or your homeroom teacher about what technology issues you are having so I can help fix the problem or pass it on to the curriculum team.

For immediate fixes, please try the following troubleshooting options:

  • WAIT (an hour at least)

  • Open in a different browser

  • Log out of Connexus and login again

  • Allow pop-ups on your browser (see how to video here)

  • Clear Chrome's cache and cookies (see how to video here) and then close the browser and re-open.

  • Rerun your scheduler (there is a how to video on Learning Coach Central)

  • Access the Pearson Online Classroom help by Selecting the ellipse (3 dots) and select Help
