Quiz Corrections
For quizzes you received 80% or below
You CAN make up your "end-of-unit" quiz scores if you get 80% or below.
To redo a quiz you did poorly on, you will have to send me a webmail with your quiz correction. You have two options on how to do your Quiz Corrections:
Send them as a document in a webmail
Option 1 - If you choose to send your quiz corrections through webmail, you can write this straight into a webmail, or write them in a word document and attach them to the webmail.Â
Option 2 - You can also use the template provided below. Please "Save a copy" or download to fill out! (Link: Quiz Correction Template)
Please use whichever works better for you!
Quiz corrections MUST include:
the question number
the written question
the CORRECT answer
a written explanation of why that is the correct answer
where you found the answer in the online textbook.
IF your quiz correction does not include ALL of the above information, you will not receive points for grade recovery.
option 1: Webmail quiz corrections :
EXAMPLE:
Question 1: This image represents culture and history because...
Correct answer: A, it shows traditional practices for a group of people.
It was important to record culture and history through art, especially before the camera. These are dancers, which is a group of people, and dancing is a traditional practice.

Once you have sent me your quiz corrections (through webmail) like the example above for all your missed questions, I will fix your grade.
