Instead of suffering a mind full, you can learn how to become Mindful. When we are mindful, we are able to slow down our thoughts, feelings and body. We give focus to the 'here and now' by releasing the past and not looking at the future. Instead, we concentrate on one single moment in time, our present being.
By being present instead of scattered, we are able to give space to consider decisions and difficult feelings we are facing. Mindfulness does not erase problems but, it does provide a calm and peaceful way to move forward with a decision.
