I am a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. I have my Masters in Education in School Counseling with a Mental Health Counseling emphasis.

My Role: I collaborate with teachers, parents, other staff and community partners to help break down non-academic barriers to successful learning. Some of the ways I can help your family include: basic needs assistance, holiday aid, GED information, small group and mindfulness student interventions, parenting and family fun nights, and as a parent-school liaison and advocate. I also assist the school counselor in meeting the Social emotional and behavioral needs of students school-wide. If you see me in the hallway, I always love a friendly wave and a fun greeting. As a family advocate, I will walk alongside you on your journey so we can tackle obstacles together.

I have three siblings-a brother, a step-sister, and a step-brother. I am the oldest.

I spent the Spring Break of my junior year in high school volunteering in an orphanage in Peru, South America. All the children were deaf and mute. They were amazing.
I used to be able to play 3 instruments and I know bits and pieces of 3 different languages.
I'd rather visit an amusement park than go camping.
Almost every Thanksgiving, I volunteer handing out meals to those in need.
