Fifth Grade Supply List: 2026 – 2027
4 red ballpoint pens for correcting work (no felt tips, rollers, or gel ink)
1 zippered pencil case (no pencil boxes)
3 Highlighters
3 dry erase markers (low odor)
2 glue sticks
1 clear plastic protractor
12 inch/30 cm wooden ruler
a generous supply of #2 pencils (not mechanical pencils); (Please replenish as needed.)
2 packages of loose-leaf filler paper (wide ruled: not college ruled) {Keep one package at home.}
6 marble copy books (wide ruled: not college ruled) Please label with name only...no subjects please.
3 good erasers (Please do not send in the type which are small figures/toys.)
blue ball point pens (no felt tips, rollers, or gel ink); light colored or neon ink may not be used for school.
colored pencils (12 pack); crayons (These items are also on the Art supply list; there is no need for 2 sets.)
scissors (sized to fit your child's hand)
Clear Contact paper (All copybooks & workbooks must be covered in clear contact paper. Do not send this to school; please cover the books at home
during the first week of school.)
5 jumbo-size book sox or other book covers (Textbooks must be covered at all times. Students may cover their text books with book sox in class in Sept.)
5 boxes of tissues **
2 rolls of paper towels **
2 containers of antibacterial wipes for use on desks/hard surfaces**
2 packages: white lined 3 x 5 index cards {keep one package at home}
1- 3 x 5 index card case for storage of cards
**These items may need to be replenished throughout the year.
Art Class Supplies: Elmer’s glue; colored pencils; eraser; scissors; black Sharpie marker; regular pencils; markers; crayons (at least 64 crayons); Crayola (16 watercolor set). The supplies for Art class must be carried to class. A plastic shoe box of supplies will be stored in the classroom. Boxes must not be larger than shoe box size due to limited storage space.
****Please do not bring 3-ring binders. There is no room to store these in the classroom.
