My name is Cecelia Richard, and I have had the pleasure of educating the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel student body for more than 30 years. I initially served as a long-term substitute teacher for the sixth grade, as well as the first OLMC Fine Arts teacher before transitioning to a traditional classroom setting. There, I have spent the bulk of my career.
I am committed to providing a safe and structured environment for my students to foster positive growth. It is my belief that providing such an environment affords our children various educational opportunities while instilling a sense of independence and self-sufficiency. This foundation will not only prepare our young people for their academic careers, but also importantly, their future.
