In September 2019, after our data dig and needs assessments were complete, we complete a new ASCA Mindset and Behaviors for student success and are submitted for the year.
Professional Standards
Each year my team holds ourselves to The ASCA ethical standards, professional standards and competencies for school counselors.
Program Focus, Student Drop Out Prevention and other data driven Goals, Beliefs, Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Program Planning, Action Plans, Lesson Plans, Use of Time and Calendars on ASCA templates reviewed as a team at the start of each school year and submitted to the county.
School data review and reflection quarterly.
Annual self assessment, goal setting, observations and evalutions with my evaluating administrator.
