Week 1: Do each exercise for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. I want you to do these exercises 3 x's in a row. If you don't know the correct way to do the exercise, watch my instructional video:)
Join me in my 10 push-up challenge. You have to do 11 real push-ups or 21 alternative (on-knee push-ups) in order to beat me. Regardless, I want to see your form and also see how strong you are becoming while you are at home with your families.
Week 4: Watch my 3 minute full-body workout and send me a video back of you completing this workout. Your challenge is to not only complete this workout but get as many of your family members involved as possible! Good luck and excited to see what you kiddos can do:)
Week 5: Join Ms. H for a 3 minute Sun Salutation exercise video and send a flip grid of your exercise experience back my way:)

Click on this link and do this 15 minute workout by yourself or with your family. Have fun with it and imagine yourself doing these exercises with Ms. Hertzog and Mrs. Crown!
