About ArtSchoool.ca

ArtSchoool.ca was established in Canada in 2006 as a welcoming place where students and art lovers could freely access visual arts, photography, and fashion design education. The website began as a collection of instructional materials, demonstrations, and tutorials created to support my high school students and private one-on-one learners.

In 2023, I moved to Pleasant Hill, California, where I continued teaching visual arts and fashion design. With every year of teaching, ArtSchoool.ca has continued to grow—becoming a reflection of the lessons I have taught, the techniques I have explored, and the creative discoveries I have shared with my students.

This website is lovingly dedicated to everyone who wishes to develop their creativity and bring more art, beauty, light, and colour into everyday life. It is my hope that these freely shared lessons and demonstrations will inspire people of all ages to observe the world more closely, express themselves with confidence, and experience the joy that comes from creating something with their own hands.
