ELECTRONIC WORK SUBMISSION

Please note that digital work should be submitted through Google Classroom unless otherwise directed. Work that is shared through Drive or e-mailed will not be accepted. Students may not submit work electronically after the due date. Instead, students should print the assignment and turn it in during class if the submission option is no longer available on Google Classroom.

Assignments

Assignments are expected to be completed and submitted at the beginning of class on the due date. Assignments are developed to help students learn and refine skills. Points will be deducted from work that are not submitted on time.

Methods of Assessment

The 7th grade curricular program includes a variety of tools and strategies to measure what students know and are able to do, including:

Assessments

EWCSD utilizes a variety of assessments to monitor student growth and achievement. Our teachers engage in daily informal formative assessments to make timely decision about whether a student understands the material and concepts being presented. We also utilize several summative assessments to determine if a student has mastered grade level skills and standards.

Academic Honesty

Students are expected to complete their own work.

Students who elect to make academic dishonest choices will not receive credit for the assignment.
