Here is some information on Respiratory Etiquette reminders for our Bobcats. 

Please see the 24 hour guidelines (without any fever reducing medications) for illnesses for Fever and Vomiting/Diarrhea.

• Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

• Use tissues (if you have no tissues) cough into your sleeve, not your hands, if you use tissues please throw them away. 

• Washing your hands with soap and water, lather for 20 seconds  is best practice. Use a hand sanitizer if you do not have access to washing your hands. Wash your hands every time you touch your mouth or nose.
