Mr. Ronald M. Quileste, PhD is a faculty member of the School of Education of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. He graduated also in the same university Cum Laude, with the degree, Bachelor of Arts in Education major in Early Childhood Program, Master of Arts in Education major in School Management, and Doctor of Philosophy in Education. He is a licensed professional teacher (LPT) and has taught in the grade school and higher education departments of Xavier University. He has presented in local, national, and international research conferences with topics under Early Childhood Education and Assessment of Learning. He has served various roles in research for both Undergraduate and MA students. He has published his studies in international journals, and also a reviewer of submitted studies for publishing in the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Sciences (IJRISS). Currently, he is teaching Preschool Education, Assessment of Learning, Curriculum Development, and Educational Technology courses in the School of Education of Xavier University. He is also a member/reviewer of the Xavier Ateneo - Research Ethics Board (XA-REB). He is also a trainer of local Daycare workers.
