I think it is really easy for school to fall into a specific, segmented category that doesn't have much to do with any other facet of life. It is my goal to eliminate some of this separation, and in the efforts of doing so, I have a commitment to both you and your students in communicating often, and giving you meaningful opportunities to contribute to our class (because I know you have valuable things to contribute!).
