Our school has had a rough year and I have tried very hard to come up with solutions as a member of the school community to make things better. I am often the person that other staff come to to discuss challenges both in the classroom and the school in general. Although we have done away with PLC leaders, I feel I am still seen by others as one of the teacher leaders in the school
