Screencastify- Artifact 1

I have used Screencastify to record myself and my computer screen. This is a great app that allows you to record what is happening on your computer and add your own audio and ideas to it. I think this could be used to help with flipped classrooms, adding explanations for assignments or as a way to get students to add depth to their presentations.

Once you have added it to Google Chrome, it is as simple as clicking record and going ahead. You can choose to either record one application or your whole computer screen. As well, if you want you can have record yourself in the corner, which I did not do, to add a bit more personality.

If you look at my Artifact 2- Pear Deck page, you can see that I have also used Screencastify to explain how Pear Deck works. This is a further example of how useful Screencastify is.
