Creating a rapport

Everyday I greet students as they enter the classroom and I try to work my way around the room and talk to every single student at least once. This allows me to get to know the students better and to identify if students are having any personal issues and need further guidance.

Classroom Layout

My classroom is layed out where I can easily menuver myself around the room to see each student. In a 1 to 1 school, it can be difficult to monitor all students at once. I have used strategies where I walk around the room, stand at the back of the room so I can see computer screens, and use of GoGuardian to see what students are doing online.
