Observations

For each observation thus far, I have teachers complete domain 1, I observe on Mondays and then review the lesson (domain 4) with them later that week. All teachers have achieved select distinguished categories including Classroom Management, Curricular Development and an exemplary Classroom Environment. I was happy to reward each of the staff members with a Dunkin Gift Card to show appreciation for their time.
