The Yang Style Short and Long Form. A seemingly effortless, slow moving solo exercise, the Tai Chi form is the most popular exercise in the world. It takes approximately six months (at two sessions a week) to learn the complete sequence of short form postures. While most people only do the form slowly, we do the form both slowly and fast for combat application and maximum health benefits.
Classes are individualized and differentiated. Start anytime you like. During the class, you will be given the lesson you need. First day, first lessons. Then, instructor will move to the next student, eventually coming back around to give you the next step. While the instructor circulates, you practice what you have been shown. Thus, you proceed at your own pace.
