This class is a group class - everyone does the same motions together as directed by instructor.
Instruction in the 37-movement Yang-style Tai Chi Short Form is one-to-one instruction in a group setting. Each person receives instruction in one move per class and proceeds at their own pace.
Start whenever you like.
Class is outside in view of the river, out of the rain and sun due to bridge overhead. Class will be held except during severe weather.

The world renowned Grandmaster C.K. Chu taught Tai Chi Chuan and related disciplines at CK Chu Tai Chi in Times Square from 1970 until his death in 2013. Over those many decades, Master Chu trained champion fighters who competed in hard and soft style tournaments. In 2006, one of these champions was voted Fighter of the Year. Master Chu is the author of the first book on nei kung instruction in any language (it was previously transmitted orally and in secret) as well as several other books and DVDs, including: Eternal Spring Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan Principles and Practice, The Book of Nei Kung, and Chu Meditation.
