Swimming Pool

READ AND UNDERSTAND GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING

1. POOL SCHEDULE: Swimming pool will be open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, everyday except Thursdays for weekly cleaning.

2. RESERVATION SLOTS: One slot booking is for one (1) hour use of the pool. Households can make upto two (2) consecutive slots per day. The pool may be reserved by upto five (5) households simultaneously in one time slot.

3. NO GUEST POLICY: We are still restricting the use of the pool exclusively for the residents and property owners of MP1&2. No guests allowed.

4. SUPERVISION OF MINORS: Minors must be supervised by at least one adult companion from the same household at all times.

5. HOW TO RESERVE: Reserve your slots via the online reservation system only. Manual/phone reservations & walk ins are not allowed. This is to ensure that all members will have equal opportunity to utilize our facilities.

6. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: If your reservation do not violate any of the aforementioned guidelines, you can consider your reservation confirmed. A household may only have two (2) reservations per day. PMO will contact you in case there are concerns regarding your booking.

7. BOOKING CHANGE OR CANCELLATION: If you would like to change / cancel your booking, kindly inform the PMO by replying to the email notification that you will get, or send a Viber message to 0998 599 9668. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the PMO. Kindly advise the PMO at least twenty four (24) hours prior to your booked date, so you will not be penalized.

8. PENALTIES FOR NO SHOW: A fine of three hundred pesos (PhP 300.00) and suspension of next booking will be imposed to those who will not show up during their scheduled booking date. Please cancel your booking if you do not plan to use it. Fines must be settled before you will be allowed to book again.

9. RIGHT OF PMO TO LIMIT AND CANCEL RESERVATION: PMO has the right to cancel reservations made if a household is found to be in violation of the aforementioned guidelines.

10. BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS. Do not hoard reservations. Also, during your reserved slot, please arrive on time and vacate premises when your time is up.

11. ALL OTHER FACILITIES USAGE GUIDELINES APPLY. Please make sure to read. Ignorance is not an excuse.

BEFORE SWIMMING

1. Kindly approach our Pool Attendant/Life Guard on Duty during your confirmed schedule, fill up the health declaration form and submit to temperature checks.

2. Swimmers must take a shower first prior to using the pool. Our CRs can accommodate three (3) people at a time and our pool shower areas one (1) at a time.

WHILE USING THE POOL

1. Swimmers must wear proper swimming attire at all times.

2. Observe respiratory etiquette accordingly. Please guide and instruct your children to observe this as well.

3. Do not wear face coverings in the water. Cloth face coverings can be difficult to breathe through when they’re wet.

4. Stay at least 6 feet apart from those you don’t live with, both in and out of the water.

5. We discourage sharing of items such as kick boards and the like.

6. Please do not leave your children alone in the pool/pool area. Parental guidance is of high importance especially during this time of crisis.

7. Exceptions to social distancing: Anyone rescuing a distressed swimmer or in an event of evacuation due to an emergency

AFTER SWIMMING

1. Upon leaving the water, swimmer must immediately wear protective mask.

2. As soon as your time is up, leave the pool immediately to allow our pool lifeguard to conduct disinfection of handles, knobs, tables and chairs.

3. No lounging at the pool area at all times.

4. Ensure all your belongings are with you when you leave the pool area.

5. When leaving the pool area, pool users must dry themselves and wear dry clothes.
