Basketball Court Reservation

READ AND UNDERSTAND GUIDELINES FIRST BEFORE BOOKING

1. Basketball Court will be on a reservation basis through online reservation.mphai.com

2. Residents/ Lot Owners of MAHOGANY PLACE 1 & 2 with good standing can reserve the court.

3. The reservation form requires the list of participant players.

4. No use of courts shall be allowed during the celebration of the community Mass. This will be every Sunday from 10:00 am to 11:30am and any other days and time where community mass will be celebrated.

5. The courts shall be for the exclusive use of residents/ lot owners on weekdays, weekends and holidays except for the HOLY WEEK " Mahal na Araw". Outsider/ Visitors are not allowed.

6. Courts are open from 6:00am to 7:00pm and there will be a corresponding charges for the usage of lights after 5:00pm. For charges inquiries contact the PMO Office.

7. A group can only reserve one half court.

8. To give everyone a fair chance to reserve , recurring and/ or consecutive days reservations are strongly discouraged. It may only be allowed if there are unclaimed slots. Unclaimed slots may be checked with the PMO a day prior.

9. For groups whose participants are all in the same household, only a maximum of 1 hour per booking will be allowed.

10. For groups with at least 2 different household, a maximum of 2 hours will be allowed.

11. All players are required to wear proper foot wear ( rubber shoes) when using the basketball/ badminton courts.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

1. Only vaccinated players are allowed for group play.

2. Mask are required for players who are waiting on the sidelines. Mask wearing though is not required while playing.

3. A maximum capacity of six(6) active players per half court must be observed. This means that the max versus game that can be played would be 3 versus 3 on each half court. Six (6) concurrent players may use a half court for the shoot around.

4. Players must be ready to present their ID and proof of vaccination.

5. Residents exhibiting symptoms of respiratory ailments are not allowed to play.

6. All players must register online via QR code or link to be provided prior to start playing.
