Please read and understand the general guidelines applicable across all facilities.
LGU AND IATF GUIDELINES. Our guidelines for the use of our facilities may change from time to time based on what is implemented by the City of Taguig and IATF.
ONLINE BOOKING. All bookings must be made through this site.
You will be receiving a Google calendar invite which you can save in your mobile device.
Within 1-2 days, PMO may contact you if there's any concern about your booking.
If you don't hear from PMO after 2 days you can now consider your booking confirmed.
BOOKING CHANGES.
You may reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty anytime until 24 hours before your reserved slot. After which, cancellations and changes within 24 hours shall be subject to 300 pesos penalty.
No shows are subject to 300 pesos penalty + suspension of next booking. See penalty clause for details.
ALLOWED USERS OF FACILITIES. Only members in good standing are allowed to use MPHAI facilities.
ONE (1) HOUSEHOLD AT A TIME. During this pandemic, we are implementing the rule that only one (1) household can use our facility at a time. This is to lessen the risk of spreading COVID-19 virus. Each slot has a duration of one (1) hour.
ONE (1) RESERVATION PER WEEK PER FACILITY. Each household may have only one (1) reservation per week per facility.
DURING PRIME HOURS, ONE (1) RESERVATION PER WEEK ACROSS FACILITIES. A household can make one (1) reservation per week per facility, provided that only one (1) reservation exists during Prime Hours (4pm onwards), across all facilities.
For example, if you booked a reservation to use a pool at 4pm on a Monday, then you can no longer book a reservation for other facilities during the prime hours for that week. However, you can still reserve to use other facilities for as long as it's outside prime hours.
NO GUESTS. We are temporarily suspending accommodation of guests, due to the pandemic.
NO WALK INS. Members using the facility must have a confirmed booking.
TEMPERATURE CHECK. MPHAI homeowners and their household members shall be subject to temperature checks prior to using the facilities. A temperature of 37.6 degrees Celsius and above shall not be allowed to use any of MPHAI common area facilities.
HEALTH DECLARATION FORM. Fill up Health Declaration Form in front of the attendant. This will be used for contact tracing purposes. Online form may be accessed through this link: bit.ly/mphai-healthdecform. Residents who are feeling ill or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 shall remain in their homes and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
MINORS MUST BE SUPERVISED by at least one adult from the same household at all times.
ALWAYS BE PROMPT. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Please arrive on time and leave the facility as soon as your time is up.
MAINTAINING HEALTH PROTOCOLS. Observe social distancing at all times. Wear face mask at all times when using the facilities. For pool users, you are allowed to remove your masks while inside the pool.
USE OF PROPER ATTIRE. Use of proper attire is strictly required when using our facilities.
NO SMOKING IN COMMON AREAS. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 26, entitled Providing for the Establishment of Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places, smoking is prohibited in the common areas of our village including clubhouse, pool area, gym and courts.
DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES UNATTENDED. Management will not be held liable for any losses.
PENALTIES. Members who are found to be in violation of the rules and guidelines for the usage of MPHAI facilities are subject to:
First violation: Penalty of 300 pesos + suspension of next booking
Second violation: Penalty of 500 pesos + suspension from booking for two (2) weeks
Third violation: Penalty of 1000 pesos + suspension from booking for 1 month
Any and all penalties must be settled with the PMO before you may be allowed to book again. Penalties can be paid via GCASH bills payment facility.
RIGHT OF PMO TO ENFORCE RULES.
PMO has the right to cancel reservations made if a household is found to be in violation of the aforementioned guidelines.
People who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, or are not maintaining health protocols or guidelines aforementioned here will be not be allowed to use the facilities even if they have a confirmed booking. This is for everyone's safety.
AGREEEMENT TO FOLLOW RULES & GUIDELINES. When you book a reservation, you are agreeing to be bound by the rules and guidelines aforementioned here and existing rules of our village.
