OPENTEXTBOOKS
The Open Textbook Library is a resource that offers open textbooks freely licensed by authors and publishers for use and adaptation. Users can download, edit, and distribute these textbooks without cost. It currently hosts 1671 open textbooks and is supported by the Open Education Network, which is part of the Center for Open Education at the University of Minnesota.
DOST PCAARD
The eLibrary DOST-PCAARRD is an online platform established by the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD), a sectoral council under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). It provides free access to a vast collection of publications, theses, dissertations, and other resources primarily focused on the Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources (AANR) sector in the Philippines. This digital library aims to facilitate the efficient dissemination of AANR and other science and technology (S&T) information to researchers, policymakers, farmers, fisherfolk, students, and the general public, enhancing PCAARRD's traditional library services through the Science Library Integrated Management System (SLIMS).
