Licensing Information

User ID

Mozaik is licensed per computer. When you first install the software, Mozaik will display your computer's unique USER ID.

(You can also access the UserID by launching Mozaik, then click Help | About.)

Email this User ID to code@mozaiksoftware.com.

Your Authorization Code will be emailed to the registered email address associated with your company.

To access the About dialog:

Authorization Codes

An Authorization Code is issued by Mozaik for the products licensed by the company for the length of time purchased. If you are paying monthly, your codes will be issued in monthly increments. You can choose to prepay your subscription Quarterly or Annually. If you prepay you will be issued one code for the paid duration.

Enter your Shop Name

Enter your registered Shop email (the email used to purchase the software)

Enter your Authorization Code (a green check will be displayed if the code is valid)

Code may be copied from the email, use the Paste Copied Code button to input

If your computer is lost, damaged or stolen you can request a new Authorization Code for your company. A signed request must be emailed to code@mozaiksoftware.com or faxed to 760.235.4645. Once received, the old code will be deactivated and a new code will be issued to your company.

All codes are emailed using our automated server. Be sure your email is set to approve admin@mozaiksoftware.com
