Training Videos

Learn at your own pace with our vast selection of Training Videos. These videos are organized by topic, so you can quickly find the help you need without watching hours of videos. It is recommended that all customers watch the "Getting Started" training videos before setting up the software. It is also important to watch the Update Training videos as the software is constantly evolving as updates are released, therefore, some of the features and menus in the older videos may have been enhanced.

HelpDesk

The Mozaik helpdesk is one of the most useful resources to get you the help you need. Mozaik has a built-in email function enabling our customers to send their jobs and questions directly to the HelpDesk. Our highly skilled technicians will have access to your job's design, parameters, and setup data so they can provide you the best possible answer to your specific question. The best part is, it's free!

In Mozaik simply go to Help>Email Current Job to Helpdesk

HelpDocs

Built directly into Mozaik is a collection of HelpDocs explaining in detail every menu and feature in Mozaik. Click on the blue question mark button at the top right of any menu in Mozaik and a HelpDoc PDF will open. This will provide a breakdown of the menu, as well as a detailed description or graphic explaining what every button, or parameter will do. An active internet connection is not required!

Customer Forum

Log into the Mozaik Customer Forum to connect with other customers, ask questions, download updates, see what features are coming in the next release, request features and more. 

Customer Hub

The Mozaik Customer Hub is your centralized location for Mozaik support. In the customer hub, you have access to a self-service resource area for you to view your tickets and find answers to your questions. Here you will be able to submit tickets, manage tickets, view Knowledge Base articles, and more.

Online Training

If you have more detailed or complex questions, we provide the option to purchase one-on-one online training sessions, where we can work on any topics or items you decide. These are online meetings and can be recorded. Our trainers are the best in the business, and all have years of hands-on cabinet industry experience. Training time is billed at $95 per hour, sold in one hour increments, and scheduled in advance. To schedule a meeting, simply drop us an email at training@mozaiksoftware.com.
