Click on the graphic area on the left to add an image for display on the SETTINGS TAB.

Use manufacturer’s specifications to enter boring information for holes to be bored in the case member.

Note: the dimension on the far left - this is to specify a door height for adding a 3rd hinge.

See Hinge Drilling below to enter drilling information on the door.

Click Add to add a new item

Click Delete to delete the selected item

Click Rename to change the name of the selected item

Click Export to export the selected item to a file

Click Import to import a hardware item

Use the Units selector to change between mm and inches.

Hinge Drilling

Press the Drill Button to enter door drilling information.Hinge drilling on the door is added as a Flip Side Operation. The dimensions may be specified in mm or inches using the radio selector in the lower right hand corner of the screen. These dimensions are easily found on the hardware suppliers website for each hinge.

NOTE: You can also add the Manufacturers Specs to each item by selecting th Specs button and attaching the document. The specs should be saved to:

C:\Mozaik\Data\Specs as a PDF File using the same name as the Hinge. When you click the Specs button the document will be launched automatically.

For hinge boring to appear on the door, you must check the DRILL HINGE CUP option on the door in the Door Library.
