Select LIBRARIES | HARDWARE
When ADDing new Guides click on the image area on the left to add an image to be displayed in the SETTINGS TAB.
Click Add to add a new item
Click Delete to delete the selected item
Click Rename to change the name of the selected item
Click Export to export the selected item to a file
Click Import to import a hardware item
Use the Units selector to change between mm and inches.
The clearance parameters are used to size drawer boxes. Enter the Side, Bottom, and Top clearance for each drawer.
Hardware -> Drawer Guide Boring Information
Hole information is used to transfer operations from the drawer guide to the cabinet member for CNC machining.
Enter the hole center for up to 6 holes from the face of the cabinet.
Enter the Hole Diameter and the Hole Depth for drilling.
Select the Hole reference from the top or bottom of the drawer (bottom recommended).
Enter the distance from the drawer box bottom to the centerline of the holes.
Use Guide Lengths
Check this option to enter more than one guide length for each guide type.
Mozaik will automatically match the guide to the drawer box.
Select the holes you want to bore for each length by entering the hole numbers separated by commas, for example: 1,3,6 will bore holes at #1, #3, #6 locations from teh Hole Center from Box Front Table as shown above.
Drawer Guide Socket Mounting Specifications
Socket Mounting option will allow you to enter CNC machining instructions for rear mounting sockets. (Holes are bored into the back.)
Note, dimensions are from the bottom corner of the Face Frame opening.
