Room Tab

The Room Tab is where the room layout is designed / configured.

The Room Tab has been redesigned to increase drawing space, enable ANY COMBINATION of walls, enable front & back spaces on ANY WALL, as well as relocating and reorganizing the layout tabs from the bottom of the screen to a new / more consistent Sidebar menu.

Keyboard ShortCuts for the Room Tab:

Press CTRL-TAB to move from one Room Layout Tab to the Next

Press TAB to move down from one Sidebar entry to the next

Press SHIFT-TAB to move up from one Sidebar entry to the next

Enhanced Wall Layout Capability with front and back wall faces for placing products.

New Interior Walls - Add interior walls to any room creating corners and continuous product spaces.

Front and Back wall textures can now be changed independently.

Change the Display/Printed Wall numbers.

Right click on any wall to simulate vaulted / cathedral ceilings (wall shapes only).

View -> Drawings -> View Product Space Indicators.

The shadow lines in Room Tab and Products Tab can now be turned on/off in the Drawings Menu.

Create Curved Walls

You may now bulge any wall creating a curved wall. Products may be placed on the walls, cabinets may also be autofilled.

To measure curved walls in the field:

1) Pull a straight line from one end of the wall to the opposite end (see figure B) Measure the length of the straight line.

2) Determine the angle of the line between the connecting wall and the straight line. (see figure A)

3) At the centerpoint of the line, measure the distance to the curve. This is the bulge.

Use the field dimensions described above to enter the curved wall in Mozaik:

1) Draw the angled wall

2) Enter the Bulge
