The Product Editor is used to customize your products. The Product Editor works in two modes: Library Mode and Job Mode.
Click Libraries
Click Products
This allows you to modify the products in the currently selected library.
Click on the Products Tab
Click on a product currently placed in the job
Click Edit
This allows you to modify the product for this job only. The Product Editor works in the Job Mode on both Library and Custom Cabinets.
Product Editor Properties.
Name - Used to describe the product in reports, also used to trigger Custom Parameters. Name can be changed per product on each job.
Description - Used to further define the product.
The Type property enables Mozaik to identify all the behavioral properties associated with the product. For example, Cabinet-Wall-Standard tell Mozaik this is a standard wall cabinet, apply the parameters accordingly, locate on the wall accordingly, apply Molding in Automold, etc...
Drawings - Create and store custom drawings for each item in the library. Drawings are saved in JPG format and stored in the Drawings sub-directory of each library.
The naming convention is: ProductName_Description.jpg
Product Editor Sidebar Menu
Click Save to save current MOZ file. If in a job the product will need to be added to library.
Click to view cutlist for current product. Cutlist may also be printed from the View Cutlist menu.
Click to view Product using the 2D3D Viewer. This viewer can remain open for all modifications made in the Product Editor, the viewer will refresh in real-time.
Click to View model in Sketchup.
Click to Delete current selection.
Click to UNDO last selection.
Click to REDO previous UNDO selection.
Click to select Parts to build in the current model.
Click to modify end type in current model.
Click to modify Left and/or Right End scribe in current model.
Click to override or delete toe in current model.
