By downloading, installing, or using Mawledy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mawledy is a mobile application that helps generator owners manage subscribers, track billing payments, generate reports, and manage workers for generator electricity subscription collection.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid phone number and create a password to register.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

You may create worker accounts with limited permissions under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Use the App only for lawful purposes related to managing generator billing.

Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to hack the App or its servers.

Ensure your workers use their accounts responsibly and within assigned permissions.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App (subscriber information, payment records, expenses, etc.). We claim no ownership over your data.

6. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies in financial records; you are responsible for verifying your data.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent activity or misuse. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iraq.
