Everything you need to know to use our products effectively
Delete Account & Data
To delete your Mawledy account and all associated data, please send an email request from the email address linked to your account.
Email us at: essamalshemriy@gmail.com
Include the following in your email:
- Subject: "Delete Account Request"
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name
What will be deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- All subscribers and payment records
- All workers and their activity logs
- All generators and expense data
- All backup data stored on our servers
Note:
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- Please export your data first using the Export feature in App Settings.
- We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation.
