MoversBoost Directory Creating New Listing

Estimated time per listing: 15-20 minutes

Estimate time to decide a lead is not good: 2 minutes

Open the MoversBoost Directory Loom Google Sheet

Go in order from top to the bottom. Create listings for those that do not have a live Directory webpage listing

Open the Website (for the listing you are going to create)

Google: **NAME OF BUSINESS** **LOCATION**

Open up all the top social profiles for this business. Keep these tabs open for next steps.

If less than 5 images, highlight the row black in the Google sheet, skip it and go to the next one on the list.

Create a folder: **NAME OF BUSINESS** (can have this saved on your local PC, it's temporary)

Then the images should all be renamed based on Keyword Phrases inside the temporary folder

Copy and Paste the Page title to edit the url

Replace with new Logo

Replace with new High Res Photo

(You can upload all the media here at one time to save time)

Connect platforms

Add Google, input name of business, then Connect

For other platforms, only connect if their average star rating is higher than a 3

Connect Another Platform

Add Yelp (if they have it), Load, then Connect

Add Angie's List, or Angi (if they have it), Load, then Connect

Add BBB (if they have it)

Add Home Advisor (if they have it)

Add Thumbtack (if they have it)

Add Glassdoor (if they have it)

Add Houzz (if they have it)

Widget configurator -> Reviews widgets -> Create a review widget

Select Widget: Slider V. -> Style: Light border 

Rating Filter (only 4 - 5 star)

Save and get code. Copy the Script code. Go back into WordPress and paste it into the code section to replace the old one.

Youtube / Tiktok videos:

Replace any Youtube videos with new Youtube videos. If they don't have any, delete this section

Gallery:

Delete all the old ones and mass upload all the new ones images

ABOUT:

Change out **NAME OF BUSINESS**. Copy content from the website (about page if it exists) and paste into ChatGPT. Copy this sentence first:

rephrase this and summarize into 2 paragraphs:

Website / Contact / Socials

Replace all of these with the new website url, email,phone, socials. Be sure to add any profiles or delete any not used here. Only use the most popular ones, or ones where he has reviews. Usually top 10-15 to skim through are the best.

SEO Title and Description

Title: Copy the Page title earlier and paste into the SEO title

Description: Copy and paste from the first paragraph output from ChatGPT earlier for the about section.

Publish. Look over and ensure all sections are replaced and correct. Then add to sheet and go to the next one.
