**NOTE**: If you do not reset the daily budget after creating the last campaign, it will not use correct daily amount. Check this after creating all campaigns

Sections within ClickCease must be clicked/updated for each section vs one "save" button. Important to check by reloading to ensure all saved properly
Copy the Code and Install it on the website in the Header. If WordPress add in the Header section. If Google Sites, add the code in the same code section below NAP HTML. Then click "It's Installed"
It won't show a green checkmark for "Approve Google Ads ID". Just continue after following the GIF steps above. If client must approve the request, message the project manager to contact the client for him/her to approve.
Tracking Code should already be installed.
These steps can take a few minutes after updating the buttons to go live.
If the tracking code was added correctly you'll see a green check next to the domain. If not, something is wrong with the tracking code.
Once Google Ads are all created you will ensure
-All campaigns are added to a Shared Budget
Shared Budget is the correct amount per day
All campaigns are edited for "Manual CPC"
Campaigns -> Select All -> Edit - Change bid strategy -> Manual CPC -> (do NOT check Help increase conversions with enhanced CPC) -> Apply
Do this for each client's Google Ads account each day. Update this sheet

The cells in Google sheet will keep a revision date/time history. Update this every day
Open a client's Google Ads account
Go to their Shared Budgets Page
IF the cost is close to the Shared Budget, then follow steps to LOWER the MAX CPC by $.05 across all keywords
IF the daily budget is 20% more than the actual "Cost", RAISE the MAX CPC by $.05 across all keywords
i.e. if Daily Budget is $10 and $9.99 spent, this is close enough, and we can LOWER the MAX CPC
i.e. if Daily Budget is $10 and $5 spent, we need to RAISE the MAX CPC by $.05 as the difference is greater than 20%.
Edit -> Change max. CPC bids
Set new Bids - Input .05 less than the current MAX CPC assigned if budget was spent or increase by .05 if the budget was not close to being spent properly
**Note** This will only be applied if all campaigns are set to Manual CPC (see Google initial checks)
Login and go to Google My Business for the client's location.
Info -> Labels
Type in the name of the business in lower case with no spaces
Go to Google Ads -> Extensions -> Location
Link to a Business Profile Manager account I know
select the correct email address
Input the exact name of the business. IF it works, it will display ONE listing below for the client. If a business has more than one Google My Business (using the exact name of business) you must use label. Sometimes the name of business will not show it, nor will the label. In this case message your account manager to test.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure only ONE listing shows below. If NO listing shows it's not setup correctly as well
