ReVISE Credit Recovery Program
Our ReVISE ( Refocusing, Visualizing, and Investing in Student Education) Credit Recovery Program will be starting soon. The ReVISE Credit Recovery Program allows students the opportunity to redo or make up that class they failed in the past to re-earn that lost credit that is needed for graduation. The ReVISE Credit Recovery Program will start at the beginning of each quarter and will run for 5 weeks. Each quarter will offer at least 3 different Required Academic Classes and 1 Elective class. ReVISE Credit Recovery for 2nd Quarter will start on October 27th each morning from 8:00 am - 9:00 am Monday - Thursday. See Mr. Marshall or Mrs. Taylor in room 163 for available classes, registration form, and for more information. Also view additional information about the ReVISE Credit Recovery Program on the Academic Information tab above.
Student ECAP Program
The Student ECAP Program (Education and Career Action Plan) is where the school counselors will meet with each grade level to discuss various topics, depending on that grade level, and afford students the opportunity to start an Educational and Career Plan for Success during and after high school. We have already met with the seniors and discuss post secondary opportunities, scholarships, financial aide, college admissions, and career opportunities. We met with the freshmen to discuss graduation requirements, how to be successful in high school, and to get them thinking about careers and their future. We met with the sophomores and discussed academic and career pre-planning and some other potential college and career opportunities, such as the West Mec Program. We met with juniors and discussed college, career, and scholarship research, college and career pre-planning, and discussed their transcripts. For more information about the Student ECAP Program, click on the Student ECAP Program tab above.
