Keto Pepperoni Chips

Quick and easy low carb chips made with pepperoni. Just bake, microwave, or air fry to enjoy this simple zero carb snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz. pepperoni slices

  • 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated for optional garnish

  • Low carb marinara sauce for dipping optional


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place a baking rack on top of a large baking sheet, and add the pepperoni slices in an even layer on top of the rack.

  3. Bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy but not burnt.

  4. Let the pepperoni chips cool before serving. Sprinkle with optional Parmesan cheese.

  5. Serve with low carb marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

NOTES

Add 1-2 net carbs if marinara dipping sauce is used)
