Work on MOSCED

Major Notable Work on MOSCED

This 1984 paper is the first work done on MOSCED by Charles Eckert and Eugene Thomas Journal link

The 2005 paper came out with improved revised parameters for MOSCED which is currently being used. Journal link

Dr . Andrew Paluch has done a lot of work over the years on MOSCED.Here is his google scholar homepage for MOSCED related work. Google Scholar Link

Our first paper showcasing the application of MOSCED is now available online : Journal Link

And our second paper on Group Contribution MOSCED paper is now available . LInk

A major weakness of MOSCED in the past was its water parameters.Overall they were found to do poorly as compared to other solvents in the list. Thus, we decided to regress new water parameters which has improved results significantly. Additionally, we can predict Liquid Liquid Equilibrium (LLE) with the new water parameters .Link

Our article on predicting infinite dilution and phase equilibrium from molecular structure is now online. This article demonstrates an efficient way of getting MOSCED parameters for any organic compound simply by drawing its molecular structure. Link

Our latest paper on using infinite dilution data to predict whether a mixture forms an azeotrope or not , and if it does, ways to break the azeotrope using Ionic Liquids are now published online. Link

We have several new and exciting research related to MOSCED that are currently under work. All of the link will be posted here once it is available.Make sure to keep checking our website for further MOSCED news.
