Secondment forms

All researchers are kindly asked to

1. fill the “leaving” form (at least 1 month before leaving) 

2. fill the “coming back” form (at most 1 month after coming back).

3. send a copy of the letter about your secondment and signed by your host to varda.sokolowicz@ csic.es

In addition, all researchers are required to fill in the EU questionnaire accessible at this link. To access the questionnaire you will need the following information: 

Grant Agreement Number: 101007624 and the Acronym: MOSAIC.
